We all possess that inner rhythm, something within that gets us moving, keeps us going, touches our soul and give us energy even when life gets us down. We don’t lose our rhythm when we get off track. It’s always there. Sometimes we have to plunge deep down and pull up a cup full of focus to get us back on track.
