I’m real busy, can I still have success?

Your health is a priority, but I certainly understand a busy schedule. That’s why I created Step Up to Fitness online to accommodate people with busy schedules. In addition to my live segments, you can work out to videos designed especially for you at home, the office or on vacation. My system fits into your day.

Do I need to purchase weights or other gym equipment?

Yes. You will need to purchase some gym equipment (at a minimum cost) to perform exercises and get the full benefit of the workout.

I will share a complete list when you sign-up for the program.

Does Step Up To Fitness have a money back guarantee?

No, because you can’t guarantee anything regarding health and fitness.

Do I need to let my doctor know?

It’s always a good idea to inform your physicians that you’re starting on a new fitness plan, particularly if you are experiencing underlying conditions. This is especially useful in helping me to develop a customized plan for you.

What happens after the program ends?

After the program ends, the Lifestyle Fitness for Active Adults Facebook group will help you to stay motivated and inspire focused on your plan.
